Welcome to the Swindon Healthy Schools Audit website

To gain and maintain Healthy Schools, Swindon Healthy Schools has introduced a 3 tier award system Bronze Silver and Gold.

The award is progressive and encourages schools to improve health and wellbeing as well as raise pupil achievement and progress.

The award is no longer being assessed by Swindon Borough Council (from June 2025) and is self-assessed. We would suggest that you complete the excel form and two word forms to complete the self-assessment here for all three levels at Healthy Schools Resources & Information Page | Swindon Hub for Education

Through this award, we aim to work with schools in a way that reduces bureaucracy, meets Ofsted requirements whilst extending and strengthening Healthy Schools work and maintaining a rigorous and meaningful standard.
